Wood Fencing

We typically build with cedar, redwood, or pressure-treated pine for durability and a great look. Western Red Cedar is the most popular choice in Dallas for its natural rot and insect resistance and its rich color. We'll recommend the best wood for your budget and goals.
Popular styles include board-on-board (stacked pickets for maximum privacy and a finished look on both sides), picket, board and batten, shadowbox, and stockade. We also add custom touches like top caps, picture framing, lattice toppers, and arched or scalloped tops. See examples on our wood fencing page.
A quality cedar fence that is properly built and maintained typically lasts 15–20+ years in North Texas. Sealing or staining every 2–3 years and keeping sprinklers off the wood significantly extends its life against our heat, sun and storms.
We recommend it. Sealing or staining protects against UV fading, moisture and rot, and keeps the wood looking new. Cedar should cure for several weeks to a few months before its first stain — we can handle the staining for you, or schedule it later through our powerwash & restain service.

Iron, Metal & Masonry

Traditional wrought iron is hand-forged and prized for ornate, custom designs, while modern ornamental (tubular) steel and aluminum deliver a similar elegant look with excellent strength and lower maintenance. Both are powder-coated to resist rust. We'll help you choose based on security needs, style and budget — explore options on our iron & metal fencing page.
Yes. We build masonry fencing in brick and stone, as well as combination walls that pair masonry columns with wood or iron panels. Masonry adds privacy, sound dampening, lasting value and a high-end estate look that complements Park Cities and Preston Hollow homes.
Yes. Ornamental iron and aluminum fences are an excellent pool-safety choice — they meet code requirements for height and picket spacing, won't rot near water, and include self-closing, self-latching gate options. We build to your local pool-barrier code.

Gates & Automation

We do. We design and install custom driveway gates — swing and slide — with automated gate motors, keypads, remotes and safety sensors for secure, convenient access. We can match the gate to your fence for a seamless look.
Yes. We can add a new walk-through or driveway gate to an existing fence, or replace a failing gate, and we can automate it with a motor if you'd like. We'll make sure posts and hardware are sized to carry the gate reliably for years.

Decks & Pergolas

Yes — outdoor living is a core part of what we do. We design and build custom decks and pergolas that match your home and landscape, using quality materials built to handle the Texas climate and provide shade, comfort and added property value.
We build with natural woods like cedar as well as low-maintenance composite decking, depending on your budget and how much upkeep you want. Composite resists fading, staining and splintering, while natural wood offers classic warmth and a lower upfront cost.

Repair, Restain & Maintenance

Yes. We repair and rehabilitate fences damaged by Texas storms and high winds — resetting leaning posts, replacing broken pickets and rails, and re-securing or rebuilding sections. If a fence is worth saving, we'll restore it; if not, we'll give you an honest replacement recommendation.
We do. Our powerwash-and-restain service strips away years of dirt, mildew and graying, then applies a fresh protective stain or sealant. It's the most cost-effective way to make a weathered wood fence or deck look new again and extend its life.

Process, Permits & Timeline

Most residential wood and iron fences are installed in 1–3 days once materials are on site, depending on length, terrain and gates. Masonry, large estate fences and automated gates take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline with your estimate.
It's four simple steps: (1) a free on-site consultation and measurement, (2) a written estimate with material and style options, (3) scheduling plus permit and utility-locate coordination, and (4) professional installation supervised on-site, finished with a walkthrough — because the job isn't done until you're 100% satisfied.
We're glad to help. We build to HOA specifications and can provide the material and style details many HOAs require for approval. We'll also discuss property lines and setbacks with you, though a survey is the definitive source for an exact boundary.
Some Dallas-area cities require a fence permit and most have height and setback rules; we help navigate local requirements. Before any digging we coordinate a free 811 utility locate so gas, water, electric and communication lines are marked and protected.

Pricing & Warranty

Cost depends on material, height, length, terrain and gates. Cedar wood fencing is the most budget-friendly, ornamental iron and automated gates cost more, and masonry is the premium option. The best way to get an accurate number is a free on-site estimate — request one online or call (214) 755-8100.
The biggest factors are material (cedar vs. iron vs. masonry), total linear footage, fence height, the number and type of gates, site conditions like slope or rock, demolition and haul-away of an old fence, and custom features such as caps, lattice or automation.
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and use quality materials backed by manufacturer warranties. Our core promise is simple: the job isn't done until you are 100% satisfied. We'll review the specific warranty details with you on your estimate.
